1. Who we are
CineView AI is operated by CineView AI Labs. You can reach us through the Contact page.
2. What we collect
Account details: your username, email address and a hashed password. Profile details you choose to add, such as a display name, role and company.
What you create: projects, the details of assets you register, scripts and other tool results, budgets, quotes, release records and your team roster.
Usage: how many AI requests your account makes each month, basic technical logs, and aggregate page analytics.
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
3. How we use it
To provide the service, to generate the results you ask for, to apply your plan's limits, and to keep the service secure.
4. AI processing
When you use an AI tool, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude) to generate the result.
When you use Studio, the prompt you write is sent to Higgsfield, our image and video provider, to make the image or video. A storyboard frame made without Studio is generated by Google Gemini. Results are kept for 7 days.
Shot Compare analyses your image in your browser and sends only the measurements, not the image.
5. Files and voice notes
Registering an asset records its name, size and technical details. The file itself is not uploaded.
Voice note recordings stay in your browser. Live transcription uses your browser's speech recognition, which in some browsers processes audio on the browser vendor's servers.
6. Where it is stored
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon and the application is hosted on Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit.
Payments are handled by Moyasar (Saudi riyals) and Stripe (US dollars). We do not store card numbers.
7. Other people's details
Release records and the team roster can contain the names and contact details of other people. You are responsible for having the right to add them.
8. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the providers named above, and only as needed to run the service.
9. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account through the Contact page.
10. Changes
This policy will be updated as the product develops; the date above shows the latest version.
