1. The service
CineView AI is a production planning platform operated by CineView AI Labs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
The service is in beta. Features may change, and some may be added or removed as the product develops.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to create an account or to use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens under your account. Tell us through the Contact page if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Your content
The scripts, budgets, schedules, project details and other material you put into CineView AI remain yours.
You give us permission to store and process that material only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate the results you ask for.
4. AI-generated output
Scripts, shot lists, storyboards, schedules and suggestions are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review them before you rely on them.
Budgets, quotes and render-time figures are estimates, not offers or guarantees. Release tracking is a record-keeping aid and is not legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe someone else's rights, or to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
If you add other people's details — crew, talent, release subjects — you are responsible for having the right to do so.
6. Plans and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi riyals or US dollars. Paid plans are billed monthly; payments in riyals are processed by Moyasar and payments in US dollars by Stripe.
A plan's monthly AI requests pay for the AI tools and for Studio images. Studio videos are paid with Studio credits only.
Studio credits are prepaid. They do not expire and are not refundable. A generation that fails, is blocked by the provider's content filter, or is cancelled gives its credits back automatically.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Billing page.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. The service is provided as it is.
To the extent the law allows, CineView AI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product develops; the date above shows the latest version. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
